An international logistics company needed to replace fragmented dispatch tools with a single platform handling thousands of shipments a day across multiple countries.
Solution
Gosei built an end-to-end Transport Management System (TMS) on Java Spring Boot and AWS, including:
- Real-time order dispatching and route optimisation
- GPS vehicle tracking with automatic status updates
- Partner portal for carriers and end customers
- Live operations and cost reporting
